TackSwap is a UK marketplace app for buying and selling equestrian equipment — tack, apparel, yard essentials, and more. You can browse locally, message sellers, and pay securely within the platform.

Purchases are processed securely through Stripe. You should complete payment in the app so your order is protected by our checkout flow. We do not handle or store your full card details on TackSwap servers.

Selling is for verified sellers who complete our onboarding. That helps keep listings trustworthy and reduces fraud. Anyone can browse; download the app to register and follow the seller verification steps when you are ready to list.

Collection and shipping depend on what the seller offers on each listing. Use in-app messaging to agree handover or postage with the seller. Always confirm address, timing, and postage costs before you pay where applicable.

Open the listing in the TackSwap app and use direct messaging to ask questions, request photos, or arrange viewing. Keeping conversation in the app helps everyone stay safe and keeps a record of what was agreed.
